Subframe Question

Does anyone know for sure if the 05 subframe will bolt up correctly on an 06. I know the 05 wont have the battery bracket, but I see the 05 ones for sale way cheaper than I can find an 06 and figure I can mod it a little bit to make the bracket fit. I just wanted to make sure my airbox would fit or the bolting points are the same. (the important stuff)
