I prepped all the small parts saturday night. i have 8 or 10 other small jobs that are almost identical to yours so I am shooting to do the entire batch either tomorrow night or wednesday

(I have some orange and yellow to run before I move back to stealth but your in there)

No Problem, I sent out the spindles and some nuts and bolts for Molycoating. I sent them USPS priority so you should have them within 2 days. Im going to hold off on the calipers. I don't know how backed up you are on Moly but if I could get the spindles, bolts and nuts back with the a-arms that would be great. Also please let me know if you received the a-arms, if not I'll start tracking them.

Thanks,
Todd

Great!! Should I do the uppers in KTM Orange or do all of them in Stealth Black??

Pappy

Pappy,

Did you get a chance to unpack the a-arms yet? If so, how do they look? I think we are going to Breezewood over spring break, Ive been e-mailing with Dan. That place sounds great!! Let me know if you are going to be there and Ill pack an extra case of your favorite beverage:D

Pappy

no, but later today i will.

i also have to shoot some orange so if you want the uppers done like that let me know

No Orange!! Im taking your advice. Lets stick with the Stealth for uppers and lowers, I think the Orange might be a little too much. Tie rods if needed can be done Stealth as well.

Thanks Again!!

no prob bud

i just walked out to get bearings for the front hubs, but if i remember correctly, all that i had to disassemble was the brake hub/rotor correct? (meaning you sent the front hubs disassembled)

Correct, I sent the front hubs without bearings....But you could always slap a set in them:D :D

Pappy

lol

i actually had thought about keeping a few sets of bearings here for swing arms and hubs etc, but its enough to keep track of things as it is:p

i should have another pic up of some moly and the front hubs shortly

I switched to a slightly higher gloss formulation so it better matches stealth black pc, and it should go well with other colors

spindles complete along with the pivot bolt(pivot bolt is not yours...lol)

all that is left is a few remaining bolts

also, you will recieve these packed in oil, just wipe it off and install away, its part of the process(applying oil while its still warm from curing) i oil them right after i take the pics:p

Sweet! I didn't see the spindle/hub washers in the pic (the big ones that go behind the castle nut) Im sure you coated them, I just wanted to make sure they get shipped so I don't pull my hair out looking for them:D Also I wanted to see if there is any special maintenance or cleaning for the molycoated parts

Pappy

no special instructions etc, just was as usual and you can wipe them off with any oil you'd like.
