06 trx450r jetting?w/full exhaust system.

I have a 06 trx 450r,and have a full Alba exhaust system to put on it,I am a not sure what sizes i should go on the jetting,I do alot of my riding up near tower city,pa.any ideas?please! thank you!

oh, I will be running it with the air box lid on.

Did you rejet after you bought it? If not try about a 170 and 52 pilot that'll get you off to a good start.

it's at stock jetting now.

170 is pretty big for an 06 carb.

the hrc has a 162 main with pretty free flowing exhaust/no lid.

with the lid left on your not going to see alot of gain.
(if you open the back end you need to open the front too)

with lid on I would go up a couple sizes and check the plug.
