So now im real hungry for some deer meet since i didnt get a deer in refle season(hopefully ill get one when i go muzzleloading) and it got me to thinking of the game dinner i went to last year. I had bear, moose, pheasant, elk, turkey, venison, trout, salmon, rabbit, and i think some more but can't remember, all in one night! Man was i full when everything was done, even took some home too. I was wondering what kinds of meat other people have eatin that you wouldn't find in the local grocery store.

elk, venison, wild turkey, pork, beef, turtle, rabbit, squirel, ostrich, buffalo, beefalo, rattle snake, fresh water fish, salmon, halibut, shark, and i am sure there are others.

lets jsut say my dads friend is a taxidermist and when you eat at his house jsut eat what is in front of you and don't ask what it is lol. he makes great food adn would never feed anyone anything bad, but he definitally has some of the weirdest meats i have ever eaten, but they are all pretty good.
