if i run my stock 4 fiddy with the air box lid off and the bafle out will i have to rejett it ? or mess with anything?

if you remove the lid you will have rejet your bike

i have a k&N and i pulled the air box lid off and when im not moving i can floor it and it wont do anything bu when its moving and i gas it it bogs out and shuts off

there are a million jetting threads but it seems they come on the lean side stock, if your letting in more air you should re-jet.
you can try the a/f screw but its more of a "fine tune" adjustment.

waht if i left the air box lid on and ran no spark aresste? would i still need to rejet?

jets are cheap, if your trying to make it faster do it right or it will end up costing you alot more later.

I dont think gutting the can will do much more that make it louder unless you do some other improvements.

if your going to give it more air then give it more fuel.

yea i know all that and i am not going to gut it ..just pull the spark arrester out of the end..i am only goign to run it at the race track this weekend .... just want to be able to hear myself :D
