Cam question? Wut 2 go with?

i am in a current build of an 05 450r. im gettin a wiesco 13.1:1 piston, and i am wondering wuit would be a good cam to go with. i race strictly mx. I heard of ppl either running th 02 or 05 crf cam. are they as good as the curtiss sparks drop in camor the hc2,. also how does the hrc cam compare to all these? i guess i am lookin for the best bang for my buck. also if u have something u would be willing to sell let me know. any info and adice would be awesome.

try out the Baldwin cam, i like mine, smooth power throughout rpms

Out of the cam choices you provided, I would say to go with Sparks. The HRC is very top end biased, the Hotcam performs decently, but is not a quality cam IMO. The Sparks is comparable, and possibly even better performing than the Hotcam, but runs smoother and easier. The bike actually runs better with the Sparks cam than the stock cam. CRF cams seem to be very nice choices, but I don't have experience with the CRF cams directly.

(A Web cam would be my first choice)

I have used the hrc and several web's

the web mysto being my favorite... but it is far from a drop in cam... if it is a drop in you want they have a very excellent drop in cam
