I have had my 450 for over a year now and it is still stock except for pro armor nerfs. I want to do exhaust, re-program, and intake. I was thinking a DASA exhaust and K&N intake....but what program? Cherrybomb or Yoshi PIM? Thanks

With the DASA and K&N, you will have to get a PIM and FIMAK. With just the Cherrybomb, it will be too lean.

would that cause a back fire on decel?

Most likely, also, running like that for an extended amount of time would not be good for the engine.

What if I did a DASA and took off the airbox lid with stock filter.....? Would a cherrybomb be fine or the pim?

Would the mixture be ok with a NEW yoshi rs-5, k&n, and and a cherrybomb?

i had the same question...would the mixture be good having a Yoshi RS-5 slip on, K&N w/ outerwears, and a cherry bomb? where do you's get the outerwears airbox covers??? or r all of them homemaid?

i have the Yosh rs-5, k&n filter kit with the outerwears on the filter
and just the cherrybomb and it would on occasion pop and backfire on decel if you really had the motor pullling hard.

As a matter of a factr I only rode it the once when this occurred and parked it until I could get ahold of Dynojet and ordered their Power Commander III USB.

Once I got the power commander installed and went to their website and downloaded a program straight from their sight that fit as close as possible to the parts that I have installed. I then falshed the program into the power commander with a lap top and we were off to the races.

I love the thing, plenty of power and no lean pop on decel.

IMO well worth the investment.
