alright when you turn the key on normally you hear a noise like the EFI well when i turn my key on there is nothing what could this be?

make sure there isnt a blown fuse anywhere, thats where i would start

how can i tell if its blown or not?

Also check the wires leading up to the key block. We have had one come loose but looked like it was good, so wiggle them around and check just to rule it out.

my guess is that it is a blown fuse. take the fuse out and look for a break/crack in the metal...
