Whats this 450r worth?

I buy and resell quads and have the opportunity to pick up a one owner 2005 450r locally. Its in great shape, all the bearings and bushings are good. Has title. Never raced. The mods are...

-Wiseco 11.9:1 piston
-HRC Cam
-White Brothers Carbon Pro full system
-White brothers filter
-Trail Tech -4oz flywheel
-AC bumper
-Razr tires (65% tread)

All stock parts included too.

I may buy it and keep it, but I will probably end up selling it to make a few dollars. What should I expect to get for it if I were to resell it?
