oil pump

i went rideing today and went to check oil and the oil was to the top,it seems like it is not pumping throw the motor,any ideas?

Thats normal. The proper way to check your oil is to start it up and let it idle for a few minutes, after that shut it off and let the oil settle for about 30 seconds or so then pull the dip stick.
