Pretty close to where I live, I live more in the New Orleans area though.

About 10 minutes ago it was kinda sunny, then i turn my head for about 5 seconds an it's pouring down raining, now it's starting to stop.

This rain isn't stoppping me from riding!!! Riding through the woods in AWESOME in the rain!!!

We were supposed to get a foot of snow but that failed to materialize. Did get about an inch of rain, then ice. Power lines are snapping like twigs and I don't have power at home. Waiting it out at the in-laws in town with two little sick ones. Many of the power lines have over an inch of ice at home and on the way to town this morning they were jumping 2-3' in places. I don't know how they weren't breaking.

Wind was blowing near 50mph all day yesterday and last night, not quite that bad today. It's in the upper 20's somewhere for temp. Just a couple days ago, we were near 70. I love this weather, except for not having power at home. Rain is my bread and butter. I need every drop after 2006.

FYI, like the handle, I'm in northwest Texas.

Yep, sure is strange! As much as I will complain about the cold weather and snow... I kinda miss it... :o
