my buddy has an 01 raptor 660 and he broke off the bolt on the swingarm for the chain adjuster....whats the easyist way too fix this problem...

I would suggest drilling it out and using a heli-coil. That's probably the easiest way, but it depends on how you look at it. It may require removal of the axle, bearing carrier and swingarm itself from the quad unless you're really good with a cordless drill.

I have a couple extra stock swingarm laying around if things go awry...

Kept on tapping new holes to hold the skidplate so I decided to throw a new one on and somehow some kind folks at Bluetraxx just sent them for free...

I would go for a helicoil myself...
