What you got close to St. Louis? Debating on trading my 440ex....

It has a ported head, full built 440 from Thumper racing, old style hot cams stage 2, Spark exhaust, 450r carb, razr rear tires, holeshot fronts, tag bars, and some other stuff I am sure I ma forgetting.

I've got a 2001 Yamaha Blaster, it's the first quad i had with a clutch, very good shape, not hard to learn on, not to much power, forgiving, maxxis razr tires in the rear

No thanks on the blaster. I have had 2 already. I am wanting a 250cc or so 4stroke auto clutch or automatic sport bike. I had a Timberwolf and she didn't much care for it. Darn women can be so picky. :p

i have a very nice 1991 honda 250x that is fairly modded and looks almost new.its not hard to ride either.i will also throw in some money if u would trade with me so thats my 250x and $ for ur 440ex. body mods:
black maier plastics front and back

i have a 2004 250ex has slight ticking but runs good all stock (i hear some other 250ex riders have had the ticking problem noting wrong runs good)

a 250ex is a auto-clutch electric start bike...perfect for you. the 250x is kick start regular clutch.

my 250x will rip ur 250ex a new one on the track or in a dragrace or up hillsor through the woods. and it starts up every kick. and it is not hard to drive at all.

If I wanted a manuel clutch quad I would just make my wife ride my 440.

Good luck man, it should be easy every time someone puts a 400ex or bigger up for sale people are always wanting to upgrade up from a 250ex, not sure why you are having such a hard time...

i have a wolverine for sale. that 250x sounds scary fast though!!but that 440 probably can keep up with it.my wolverine is an auto-clutch.

Not really, at least not to Pa. I don't mind spending a few hours on the road but that is a bit far.
