All, I have a 11:1 JE piston for my 426ex. However I would like to go up to the 12:5.1 compression piston. Does anyone know where I can find this. I think my piston is a 89mm. Maybe the sleeve is 89mm, and the piston is 88mm. I have also heard about a 13:1 piston. Has anyone ran this, or does the 12:5 or 13:1 even exist? Thanks. Also I would think a 50/50mix would be ok for the 12:1.

Have you tried eBay? You have an 88mm bore and piston. 89mm would be the 440EX. I'm sure there is a 12.5 and a 13. Actually Baldwin makes a 14:1. 12:1 may be okay on 50/50 anthing above that should be straight race fuel 108, maybe 110 for the 13 and 14. Though, your cam, elevation, timing, and stroke makes a difference with what fuel needed.

Give Colby at C&D (site sponsors) a call. He was most helpful in rebuilding mine and his prices were as good as any.

Has anyone rode with the 13:1?
