Yes, this is my motor out of my stock 2006 450ER. Electric start. Comes with starter. Perfectly running never leaked a drop. Has about 15 hours on it. Changed oil properly as instructed by Honda dealer (I am a small engines mechanic). Drivetrain is bone stock this motor wasnt beat on. Never even took the lid off the airbox
