Well today when i was helping my frend with his 50 we were going to start it and gas was just shooting out this little perfectly round circle rite where it curves in the header when you try to starter it. And even if you tip it to the side it just pours out. What does this mean?

im guessing its part of the carb thats doing it? theres a carb drain screw on just about every one maybe its not tight or has fallen out completely. thats my only guess
