Help me deside!!!

Allright I have a brandnew OEM cylinder that I want ported...I'm trying to deside between Duncan and C-Liegh racing. I know how well the Duncan cylinder will run because thats what I ran back in the day..So help me PICK!!!!

neil is one cool dude, i poke with him, and his knolegde is vast in this area, cant go wrong...

Looks like C-Leigh is going to make a mint off this site.....I will probably send mine to him in the future as well. His customer service seems to be top notch, I've yet to hear a problem.

C-Leigh racing all the way. Work is top notch and the customer service is even better.
I will be sending him my 350pv before summer so he can work his magic:D

Sorry but I would have to go off the beaten path here. Curtis Sparks builds the fastest 250R's out there hands down. I have spent time on Duncans, LRD's, Sparks and the others and the Sparks 250R's are the $hit, no question about it IMO. He's just ahrd to get ahold of and it may take a while.

I have never seen or ridden a C-Leigh so I can't comment on that builder.

does curtis sparks still work on 250 engines?
since they don do pipes anymore, i dont know. but if they do also is a good choice.

Call GT Thunder. Laz ported a set of Banshee cylinders for me and it is incredible. He also did my 250R cylinder. Quality work. I'd suggest Bud Fischer, but he usually takes longer.

:cool: me too ...he actually has more time now for motorwork,etc.
as a matter of fact,my top 4 (no particular order)=Bud,Sparks,Neil,and Duncan .

I dont know about C-Leigh but i have a Duncan ported cylinder and it runs like a raped ape!! It kills 450s and power is extremely smooth, not an arm wrenching power band, but pulls extremely hard through out all rpms

i have been sending PM's back and fourth with neil @ c-leigh and he seems to be a cool guy and his rep on this site speaks for itself so i can't wait to send my esr 310 top to him... but it still like new so i hate to take it apart... but my brother is going big bore on his trx450r so i goota do it!! cant wait i'll try to send it with in the next two weeks!
