250r throttle body

hey guys,
i couldnt order an assembled throttle body for my 250r from ym dealer so i just ordered all the parts because i thought i would be able to assemble it myself:o
im havin a pretty hard time and was wandering if any of you guys have any info

You mean a complete carb?

If you don't have one already, check a clymer manual. There is a little part in it about dissassembly and reassembly of the throttle housing with a pretty good illustration.
