I am working on a 2003 Polaris trail boss 330 on the rear brake caliper. The brakes dont work i put new bleeder valves on it but when i tighten the valves the brake fluid goes right throught the valves? is something broken or am i doing somethingg wrong? also the one of the brass bolts that the valves go into broke in half in the caliper so i cant get it out what can i do? is there a brand new caliper that i can get for it better or the same or value for a low low price??:blah:

I would try an ez-out on the broken bolt maybe, if you take the pistons out you could put a little heat on it to try to coax it, as for the bleeders that doesnt make much sense, did you get polaris bleeders? as far as I know the only thing that will bolt on for a new caliper is a polaris one and being its newer I would put a polaris one on so that 10 years down the road it doesnt look all botched together
