Urgent HRC kit timing/decompression?

wat one of the four timing marks do i use the one with the T right? and for the decompresion where do i put the cam to adjust it? any help at all little or big would be much apreciated thanks.

for the decompression put the cam at TDC with chain. The lobes should be facing the back of the quad just slightly up.

yup that is correct but the clearances and specs are for a 05 so dont use any clearances from there if ur running a 06 but all the other is the same. the cam lobes should be facing the rear and a bit up when at tdc..mark on the cam sprocket should aline with the arrow on the cam tower too.
