I have a lsr frame and an OEM stem bearing and circlip. For some reason the circlip keeps popping out, i tryed sanding out the new pc but that didnt help. Any suggestions??

Did they fill in the groove for the circlip when you had it PC'd? If they did then that is why it keeps coming out.

You have to clean out all of the PC out of the groove inside the bearing boss in the frame.

It's a typical Lonestar thing. The bearing is a press fit, which means you can chance it like I have (never an issue yet), but if you're running MX where there may be more up and down force on the bars, you'll probably want to fix it. The best way would be to take a Dremel tool with their small cutoff wheel and CAREFULLY reshape the groove for the snap ring to fit better. I can't remember if the groove isn't wide enough, or if it's not deep enough, but in either case, the cutoff wheel should take care of it.
