honda synthetic 10w-40 oil or honda regular 10w-40 oil in my 400ex...the piston and rings are broke in but i am putin new clutches in whitch one would be the best... and i know not too u the synthetic with molly but should i even use synthetic oil at all...

Non-Synthetic. It's wet clutch friendly.
