tire sizes

i want to get new tires (shredders) WHen they tell me the size of them all that matter is that the section width is 10 inches right, because that is the size of the stock rim. And on a stock 400ex it says 20-10-9 do i just need to have the new tire be a 10 for width?

no, the 9 is what's important. it's the rim diameter size. you can put on 10 or 11" widths.
