IMS Heel Gaurds on AC nerfs

I have a set of Ac Pro-Peg race nerf bars, the ones with the replaceable foot pegs and was wondering how difficult would it be to make IMS Heel gaurds fit with them. I like the look and feel of a heel gaurd but the stock ones suck.

I def like the look of em, I just dont know if going with the 200 pegs thats why I wanted to see how difficult it was to mod the heel guards to fit. I'm sure its not too bad
