I ordered a hmf sport series slip-on muffler yesterday for $230 including shipping, and a quiet core, spark arrestor and jet kit. Did i get a good deal? From what i have seen its the cheapest i have found. What did you guys pay for yours?

I doubt people will admit paying more than you, even though they did but, I will swallow my pride and admit it.
Mine is a Red HMF Slip-On with Black Vector End Cap. Quiet Core and Spark Arrestor included. I had the jets already. $295.00 shipped.
You got a great deal! Help out future buyers. Where did you buy it?
I just took my quad out for the first time with it installed. It feels and sounds great. I got my quad up to 68.3 mph on a level stretch of paved road. (Private road. Not a public street)

I paid 228$ for my black chrome even tho it looks kinda green. I still like the color. It came with jets and a few stickers. I ended up buying a quiet core for 18 dollars afterwards so a total of 250$ + a custom color.
Where did you get it from.

I got mine from the same website. The starting price was $199.95 but, after I was charged additionally for the quiet core, red powder coating, and black vector end cap. The "before shipping" cost was actually $269.95
I felt gains up and down the power band. Be certain to rejet to get the most out of the slip-on. I'm still test jetting mine now. I'm at a 160K main jet right now.

I had the end cap installed and it took 10 to 12 business days. World Wide Performance ordered it through HMF and they shipped it to me directly from the HMF factory.

It's worth the wait. Trust me!
You prepared to rejet the carb? If not, check www.jetsrus.com That's where I got all my assorted jets at a low price and fast shipping.

i see that world wide performance will sell an exhaust with jetting for only $10 more. if i get the jetting kit from jetsrus its $30. any advantage to using jetsrus over the jetting provided by worldwide? I do plan on changing over to a k&n airfilter and some kind of airbox. Not sure on the airbox, having a problem getting info on makes and pros/cons of aftermarket air box. This site is so helpful, thanks

Don't really know the difference. I didn't buy a jet kit with my exhaust. I purchased individual jets from www.jetsrus.com for about $3.00 a piece. I had already installed a Dynojet adjustable needle. It was the cheapest way to go for me.
