ATVriders.com and EXriders.com have been slow to some people over the past week while others it is as fast as ever, so I need every ones help in finding the problem.

Please go to “RUN” and type CMD this will bring up the command prompt in Dos. Now type tracert exriders.com in the DOS Screen displaying the trace Route. Once it is done, right click and select “Mark” which will allow you to highlight the text and copy it by pressing [ENTER] then paste it into an email with [ctrl P] Email the results to webmaster@atvriders.com , and repeat the submit atleast 3 times and email me all the results.

Also, do the same thing for the atvriders.com domain. Finally, please include your internet service provider and state location

same here. I tried both domains and the same thing. It shows 16 routes then closes automatically.

The site just started getting slow for me today. I tried a restart and it was no help.

If your window just closes type "CMD" in the run window. Then Type the tracert exriders.com command and hit enter. When its done you right click and click "Mark". Select all the text and hit the "Enter" key and it should copy the text for you. Then just paste it into and email and repeat.

This has me stuffed, a few sites I go to are all screwy......but I may have a idea

Microsoft have been releasing updates that have been messing up java script or stopping java all together; who knows what else it has screwed with.

I've just done a Java update from sun and it has made it better but not as good as it was.

Thanks everyone for providing the Trace Routes because it helped us find the problem with a Internet Connection in Atlanta, so the site traffic is now being routed through Alabama, which seems to have solved the problem because the site is quicker for me than ever.

I have been trying to solve this issue for the past week, but it was difficult because no one was available to assist with tracing the problem, so I am sorry for the delay and thanks again to everyone that helped with providing the information.

The site is once again having issues, and it is driving me crazy. The problem is actually in the path between the server and different parts of the country. For some the site is fine, while for others it is slow. I am included on the slow list, and we fix one problem and another appears.

Please everyone keep sending me your trace routes to the server because they are huge help in finding the problem spots.

Thanks
Harlen

Don't know what you did, but it's back up to speed now!

I must be some kinda retard because I can't get my entire trace to copy and paste. I mark it and try to copy but it won't copy the whole thing. I can copy one line at a time but that's it.

The site's back up to speed for me but I notice that it's going through Atlanta again on my trace.

**Edit**
I finally got it to copy and paste by selecting "Select All" but it took several attempts to work:confused:
Harlen, I sent my trace.

hey guy. if you select all the text and then just hit "enter" it will copy it. Its the shortcut instead of "CTRL C" in there.

Ralph, you are correct, and I forgot to tell everyone about enter, and I have updated the instructions.

seems pretty fast for me today. It has been really slow for the last week until today

Running fine now:)

I don't know if this has anything to with the most recent slowdown....

There was an earthquake near Tiawan that severely damaged the most or all the fiberoptic lines nearby that run across the Pacific ocean. Communication in the SE Asian area was nearly completely cut off for awhile. Some of the traffic had been rerouted through U.S. which may have contributed to our slowdown.
