450r carb jetting for a 416ex-help please

I need an idea on what to put in my 450r carb. I currently have a J.E. 10:1 piston, Stage 2 Hotcams, HMF slip-on with Powerbomb header, and my lid is off with a K&N filter.

Where should I start with jetting? I am 840 ft above sea level and I live in a cold winter, warm summer climate.

And yes I did look at the other topics that were posted about 450r carbs but it didnt help.

48 pilot, 3rd clip if its stock needle, 185 main start there, no one can ever give anyone else the perfect jetting specs, it must be tested and retested for best results
