Christmas Eve ride -GOOD TIMES

For the last 5 years we try and go on a Christmas Eve and /or New Years Eve. ride and this year we done the same. We have been lucky to get snow each time too!
We got to meet up with some that we sand ride with and some we race with and had a few hours of good times.
I cant think of a better way to spend Christmas Eve that with family and freinds of my Extended Atv family.
Here is a few few pics of the days riding-

This is at our lcoal litterbox,small patch of sand,trails and a few nice places for Hillclimbing, drag racing ,then off across the hillside are some desert/trail riding.Some of the dunes that have an overflow from the river had froze up like a pond MY hubby got stuck since he had no studs so we stayed inland most of the day

I have never rode on Sand/snow mixer but found my Stock tires worked very well out there
We had Razrs on the R and I felt like /I was Ice skating ..lol

The days was quite Dark and gloomy at times,this was also thevery 1st batch of shots I have ever shot with my new Lense so they wasnt the best..

what a great post qj. im sitting here with strep throat/tonsillitus on christmas and i really needed something to cheer me up. after looking at every one of those pics, i feel like dropping a few grand on my quad and going riding!!

I had the Flu two years ago on Christmas Eve, I didnt even get to eat any of my goodies, so I do know how that goes.

Why is it that you gotts travel over an hour to get to the sweet spot? Will it ever snow in NJ this year? Always enjoy seeing everyone enjoying their trip out riding. I to have a couple of boys that have been frozen on occasion & couldn't wait for the hot chocolate to begin!

Ahhh yes... I dont leave home w/o the Hot Choclate and coffee!!
We usually build a fire at this same location,but the trip was a shorter trip this year due to a storm the moved in the night before making the roads nasty,so we left at a decent time to avoid icy conditions.

Seems like the States that usually get snow isnt getting nothing this year ,and the States that dont get snow are getting a TON of it!:eek2: :huh
Washington and Oregon folks have been hit hard with some crazy weather this year as well,then I hear Mount St. Helens started to erupt again? :scary:

my computer seems to be going slow. Is it cold or is there just alot going on? My truck had to be plugged in before it would start too. We drive 1 & 3/4 hrs from my house in jersey to get to a pay park (NJORVP.ORG) & 3.5 hrs to be to breezewood PA - cost $100 in fuel round trip for the truck to do Breezewood. Not to mention entry fee / food & the stayover. The park itself is very resonable but it all adds up when you come home with empty pockets:eek:

Its gong to Cost us roughly 1300.00 PER MONTH to travel to ONE SERIES My Husband and kids are racing ,most of it is the FUEL!:mad:
4 of our quads run race gas, so its an easy 200 bones for any days play :ermm:

The Admin. is aware of the site(yes, more than likely its the site) apparently 1/2 of us are lighting fast and the other 1/2 is having difficutlies.
He will get it corrected soon Im sure ;)

I cant WAIT to try it out on the MX,WORCS and maybe some of the indoor racing !I have been spoiled shooting alot of the pics with blue skies, so now I need to learn to shoot other things.
I still havent figured out the flash yet, I started playing with it tonight.
It was fun shooting such bright colors against the white snow!
