'88 250R with 330 kit for sale

I am checking interest in my '88 250R. It has the following mods/extras:

-330cc kit with cool head, aftermarket clutch/basket/ported and polished, high comp. dome currently, runs on 110 Octane.
-dyno'd at 54 hp
-Paul Turner exhaust
-+1.5" swingarm/chromed
-39mm Keihn carb
-V-Force reeds/cage
-NACS antivibe steering stem
-Laeger's +2+1 A-arms
-Elka triple rate with rezzies on the front
-chrome front bumper
-aluminum grab bar
-+6 adjustable axle
-K&N filter/open air box
-chrome side cases
-chrome handle bars
-steel braided brake lines
-new OEM red plastic
-frame is powder coated red
-no cracks/welds/tweeks in the frame, all original!!

I'm thinking $4250 OBO with everything on it or I would sell it with the stock a-arms, shocks, steering stem, and axle for $3500.

Why are you selling? Have you even rode this R yet?

It runs great!!! Thats the problem. I now want to build a 370 power valve R that is show quality. I could start over with this one but have found 1 that is nearly new/show condition. (but stock :( ) I would rather just add to that one then to re-do this one.....

Nice, if only you were closer. What about just selling it as a roller and beef up your motor.

That thing looks pretty close to show?
Is that a custom seat cover?

If someone wants it without the stuff let me know.
