Razor's or XCR's or ?

This question has been beat to death but I see alot of threads about Razors and alot of talk about XCR's. Which ones?

I like to slide but don't like alot of slop either. Are they all about the same. I was thinking to buying 20x10x9 sized rear tires.

I see Marcum has xcrs for about 60 a piece

They are both good tires. I've found that holeshots wear faster than Razrs but that just my experience.

Turf tamers grip real good and dont wear fast. You also get a controled slide.

I have had Razr's in the past and like them very much. But I just got a set of XCR's and they are awesome. I would highly recommend them. Ask Leo too...

i like them but if your racing them you better have something else to play with cause the side knobs get ripped off and the long center lugs were fast

Next question, 2ply 4 ply or 6 ply? 2 ply comes stock. Is 6 ply very stiff and heavy? However i'd image they are tough. so is 4 ply the best ? Or do razors and xcr's come in 4 ply?

for XC 4ply and 6ply is what you want ( i always run 6 ply razrs ), for MX 2 ply and maybe 4 ply will work good but if 2 ply then i would use those tires for MX only cuz they will wear out fast.

if you want something that really hooks up try the new razor two's.Man the tires are awesome!

the XCRs only come in 6 ply. I would run the 6 plys no matter what, unless u are racing MX. But i found out that with 6 plys, u can run slightly lower air pressure and still not get alot of tire roll. Lower air pressure=more traction More traction with minimum amout of tire roll=kickin *****!!! Ppl say the XCRs are smaller then most 20 inch tires and that is better, but if u stand a set of Razrs beside an XCr they are about the same height. The XCR is narrower.

Gotta love my XCR's, they have a really controllable slide, throw monster roosts, climb real well, and did wonders for cornering and stability.
