Has anyone ever tried to put car tires on a atv? I think I might try to put some off of a old ford tempo on my 250x.

It depends on what size but Ive saw alot of MX quads with grooved radials on them...

but grooved radials actaully are small car tires that are used in the orient(japan, china, etc) and the other type of grooved radials are small boat and general trailer tires. My friend who used to race, bought his front tires from the local trailer place and grooved them from there.
