Got it tuned finally on the dyno, I was way lean with the stock computer(which I new I would be but wanted a baseline). Got my Dobeck in and on and hit the rollers again. Mods are:
GYTR full intake and full exhaust
Wiseco +1mm 11:1 piston(to make it a true 700cc)
Ported head
Dobeck Gen II TFi
Lid off(on both pulls)
Stock cam and valvetrain
stock gearing
Stock tires
Stock suspension

looks like you lost some low end with the new computer.

I dont see were, its solid gains from the hit of the throttle(3300rpm) to the let out(6700-7000rpm). Like at 3500rpm the stock computer torque was just under 40ft lbs and now its just above 40, at 6448rpm with the stock computer the torque was 35.0 and now its 40.7:devil:

Another one to show you don't need alot of money to make these puppies ROAR!
Awesome job, I am thinking of putting a high comp. piston in and having a friend make some duals.

GOOD JOB!!!

No doubt! I can see were you can hit way over 60rwhp with these things with slicks and a cam on the dyno on top of what Ive already got. Everyone keeps sayin the 700R is weak, should be blistering everything out there being the lightest big bore quad....yatta yatta yatta. Yamaha new better than send these things out the plant door done the way they could be....holy cow at how many Raptors would be wrapped around a tree! I done mine with all Yamaha parts except the piston just to see what they "should" be IMO.

Aww no doubt. If you ever take a good look into the head of the 700 you can see its potential. They are built nice...it just takes a few parts to make them do what they are capable of.

So what settings did they end up with on the Dobeck TFI?
