Whats the going price for some tranny gears. They are going in a dinli 70 little bit of motor mods. Should I change to 90 gears? Give me some input please. What should I be looking at paying for this to be fixed?

Do a search for Maximum RPM. They are arguably the best for the Dinli's. I think they have a stronger set of gears for Dinli.

Team Sims racing. They work hand in hand with Maximum.

I was thinking about ordering the 90cc conversion kit that Hetrick sells. I believe they are the Kasea style of gear.

These are the toughest gears available! Notice that they have been polished. This increases performance as well as decreases heat in the trans case.

I think the Dinli uses the Honda style sprocket with the retainer right? These are the Polaris style gear and you'd have to switch sprockets to use them. You can have you're gears treated and polished.

I can't give prices as we are not yet a site sponsor.

if it is a newer dinli those gears will not work. newer dinlis are totally different than the other mini quads. dinli used the same cases for the reverse and non reverse models so gears from a polaris, kasea or eton will not work.

The dinlis are a little diffrent and gears are getting harder to come by. Unless you modify the inner case bearing you will be back to square one.
We currently doing the mod to a 07 apex now. Time will tell but this seems to work. I dont care if you use titanum gears the gears wont break but the case will unless the sproket shafts are supported properly.

I just want it fixed the most effective way. They only jump this quad 3 to 4 feet off the ground if that. I just want it back up and running so Cody can trail ride with me. I would like to spend no more than 2 hundred thou. It just dont look like its gonna happen.
