Shift Lever?

I was out ridin the other night and went to downshift and realized my shift lever had fallen off. I cant seem to find it back anywhere and our local shop said its gona be a week before one comes in. so i was just wandering if theres any other bikes or quads out there that ya know of where the shifter will fit on the ex. Ive already tried a 450r shifter and one from our old 3 wheeler and neither one worked. Im really wantin to do some ridin this weekend so any help would be greatly apricieated.

It may cost you more but why not try to purchase an aftermarket shifter? Roll Design/IMS shifters are great.. about $70 but a lot stronger. In my area even local yamaha, suzuki etc.. carry aftermarket parts for other bikes.. Its worth a try

yeh thats what id really like to do but im needin one for this weekend is the main problem.
