Jeting Help

Hey, My brother in Colorado (7000 feet) is coming out to go riding at GLamis CA. over New Years. We need to now what the stock jeting is for his 1999 400 EX. Needle size--- main jet

He does have a KN air filter...

any info would be good thanks

Stock main is 148
Needle clip in the middle
Pilot is 38

Aftermarket exhaust? Airbox lid on or off? Any other motor mods?

Thanks for the help.... just wanted to now where to start from and no other mod's are done to the quad.:D
