many people have this problem when trying to take the swingarm bolt out.my buddy had a hard time getting his out also.anyways most people end up cutting it out in peices to remove it.i am trying to find a post where someone found a simple way to remove it.

It helps a lot if you jack up the rear end. Takes stress off of it. You said it will move 2 inches? after it stops moving those 2 inches, take something and stick it in there and hit it with a hammer. it should come out.

It helps if you have another person help you, one could lift the swingarm up and down while the other one could turn and pound on the bolt. Mine came right out doing that. Put a lot of WD-40 on and whatever penatrating fluid you have on and let it sit for a day and then pound on it, that really helps.

If you can hit it 2 inches in one way, just keep hitting it back and forth and it will lossen it up... Remember to put the nut on the threads if you hit it with a hammer... I had to use a sledgehammer to get mine out.

You're probably going to need heat now. Mine did just like your's. If you haven't already bradded the end of the bolt by beating on it, a proper size.d roll pin punch makes driving it on through much easier.

Good luck to you

try pb blaster and or freez off you can get bolth of them at napa or any other parts stores thay worked for me so maybe thay will work for you and also if or when you get the bolt out tap the hole on the head of the bolt and put a grease fiting in there and tap and plug the other side with a bolt or pipe plug

heres another pic

p.s. don't forget to drill two or more holes in the bolt like in my pic otherwise there would be no point of puting the greas fitting in:D

...Those are entertaining. You can just up an' cut through stuff or hammer things in half for fun. I'd use more patience and more penatrating oil. You can do serious damage with heavy air tools if you're too gung in the ho.
