I ordered a custom frame for a 86 atc250r, the frame will be made for a no-link swinger and shock, 450r pegs, 450r master cylinder, removable sub frame, 88/89 rear motor mounts. I am gonna use my 250r motor that has a 310pv, cr igntion, 39 pwk, pt hi-rev. I'm also thinking of inverted forks w/ my current short track kit. Everything should be done around march.

I happen to love trikes, I have quads and hardly ride them. I also like 2 stroke motors better than 4 stroke.

Thats going to be an awesome build can't wait to see the pics. I love three wheelers too!:macho
Why does a login name of "deathman" buidling a three wheeler just seem morbidly ironic to me?

that is because most people are "programmed" to beleive that trikes are dangerous, by bardra walter, 20/20, 60 minutes and dateline. I don't find them dangerous, they just require more skill to ride them. We can thank all of the drunks, stupid parents, stupid adults and people that buy a bike way too powerfull for them. And can't forget the people that think riding a atv is like a couch, just sit down, give it gas, make a turn, it flips, sue honda, why should I have to lean into the turn???????? If thinks don't change, what happened to trikes will happen to quads, also.

I agree 100% I have been on threewheelers longer than 4 wheelers and i find 3 wheelers 100 times the fun. Right now I am trying to get my dad to trade my 250x for his POS 1984 Yamaha 225DX. But I do have to admit, I've wrecked threewheelers more than four. It was in the most part due to NO supension what-so-ever.

That sounds like an awsome build. I haven't ridden trikes much, but I would love and old 350x, or 250r trike one day.
