Bending Handle Bars

Alright what is the best way to bend handle bars back.

heat them up. then take a tube and put them over the handlbar and pry them back to place.

Should i use a propane torch.

Ok, :ermm: i don't think i will worry about it i am planning on getting pro taper bars for christmass it is bent down so it dosen't feel weird.
