These are of a local ride. We call it the Bypass as they are building a highway bypass through here eventually.

Everyone has to eat but I guess taking their picture while eating isn't a great shot!:)

Considering it!:D
He eventually went for it and fell over half way across. We ended up tilting the bike upside down to drain all of the water out.

Coatsville, that's about 115 miles from me. West of Philly correct? I'm always looking for someone new to ride with and somewhere to ride. We have been to about five places locally and we keep ending up back at the one we started at.

where are these trails at? Marshall's Creek. From where you are..... past Scranton into the Poconos. If you hit Jersey you went to far.:D For you, you have a ton of trails closer.

Joe400ex You know that should be standard practice to take a hot lap through the water before heading home!:D

My motor let loose again while I was there. So I bailed early. Made it home in time for the game though!:D
That reminds me I have to call to see what the damage is and an ETA on it getting repaired.:(

Did you go to Lakewood from Hallstead? If so that is one hell of a ride. That is my old back yard. I grew up in a little town called Orson. It resides right along the O&W rail road bed. (What most call the snowmobile trails) I've run from Forest City, PA to Hancock NY on it. I've been told I can make it to Carbondale from these tracks but I don't know that end well enough.
As for Marshall's Creek it is more of a Play Area. The trails would take the good part of a day to see all of them and that is all there is as it is locked in by major roads. I'm sure the locals know where to cross to continue but I don't. The play area is a few little hills and what not along with a track that has a lower case "b" shape to it. It isn't really a power track as you spend a fair share of your time in the turns. The back straight away has some distance where bikes like my Predator can really turn on but there is a trench in what would be the inside lane toward the end. So anyone in the lead takes the preferred outside lane. Us guys who hang together let off on the straight away as to not run our buds into the trench. It's good for a few hours of laughs.
I can PM you directions if you would like.

we usually leave from jackson and we have come a few miles from hancock ny theres roads that circle around and run bac into susquehanna on the o&w trails and thats how we usually get to lakewood. supposedly they will fine you if you go towards forest city and carbondale on the tracks. if your up this way sometime you could go with us and i can show you some of them up around lanesboro and stuff with mudbogs and deep waterholes. marshells creek is about an hour and a half away and i wouldnt want to get lost out there. but if its just a play area id like the directions. and if you know of anymore around maybe you could show me
