I have a 2001, 250ex with a dg bumber, oury grips, and ITP Gncc rear tires. I was wondering if you guys had any info on the proper way to cut fenders, and if you guys could post some pics

this is how i did it.

first clean the quad. then take a towel and drape it over one fender and use the edge of the towel to map out ware you want to cut. step back make sure you like it. this step gives you a good idea of how it will look, just picture the area covered by the towel gone. once you have it how you like it. take tape and make a cutting line with the tape. finnaly cut carefully along the line. i prefer a dremel tool with a cut off wheel. its best to cut about a 1/4 inch less off than you want. then you can fine tune it with sand paper or a sanding wheel so both sides are even.
