i was thnkin about gettin one...but ive been searching i cant even find one...do they even make them 4 the kfx or Z....i mean ive seen it a EX's but do the make a 416cc bore kit...if so...can somone give me a link to were a place has them

Don't quote me on this, but I don't think those exist. The only big bores I've seen for the KFX/Z400 are the Athena big bore kits, and with those you have to switch the whole cylinder. Maybe it has to do with not being able to bore the stock cylinder but I'm not 100% sure. Good luck though.

PS - Try a search on eBay and see what you find.

JE and Wiseco both make +2mm (416cc) pistons for the LTZ/KFX. The cylinder is plated aluminum--no iron sleeve--so the cylinder would need to be sent off to US Chrome or Millennium Technologies (or whoever else does that kind of work) for a bore and replate.

I had my old KX250 cylinder repaired and replated with Nikasil, and it cost me well over $200 for the replating, not to mention the turn-around time. The Athena kit might be the way to go. Even if it cost a little more, you'll be riding much quicker. I watched a video of a stock LTZ vs. one with the Athena 440 kit, and the Athena smoked the stock one bad. It sounded pretty strong.
