it comes with a 118 main jet correct? and if i take the spark arrestor out of the stock pipe would it work just as well as fixing that by putting a 120 main jet in? would it be close to jetted correctly?

No I had to go to 145 on mine YRMV but somewhere around 145ish should work w/ the airbox lid off and arrestor out.
