Last year I sold my 400EX and I did not install these parts. They are still in the packages (the pic was just taken) and cost me $176. See Service Honda receipt.
At any rate I've got a 450R cam chain - popular for 400EX, a new tie rod (which is an essential spare part) and enough bearings, collars and seals to rebuild the upper or lower a-arms on a 400EX. To break it down, I have 4 bearings, 8 collars, and 8 seals. All for $110 shipped and I take Paypal! I only bought enough to do the lowers on mine since thats what wears first, but like I said, they are the same for uppers and lowers. Replace your cam chain before it breaks and get some nice stock bearings instead of using the urethane replacements which never last.... at a great price!
