450R with 400EX front shocks??

If I have a set of 400ex front pep shocks standard +2 a-arms will it fit right on a 04 450R and will it affect the ride any???

I know the stock 400ex shocks will bolt right up because a guy blew a front shock at a race and he could only find a 400ex shock so he had to use that, as for the aftermarket suspension..i would think it would work with a arms..but i could be wrong
