What do I use to redo the bearings for Laeger a-arms? I'm not sure what's in there now but I was thinking of going with those delron (plastic) bushings for a-arms.

Do I have to get replacements from Laeger?

You need the Laeger replacement bushings for the a arms. I got a set from Baldwin for about $100.

Definitely only get Laeger's bushings; each a-arm company specifically designs their bushings to fit their arms... I am sure that some would interchange, but to be safe just go with Laegers. And make sure to use a high quality waterproof grease when you install them... the bushings will last longer and the arms will move up and down with less resistance which means that your suspension will work better:)

I ran Laeger's arms on my old 300ex.Give Laeger's a call.I ordered new bushings from them twice for around 90-100.00.
