I am getting new wheels and tires, Motosport.com says they dont mount the tires on the wheels because it is to time consuming. Anyone know other websites that sell Hiper wheels?

Maybe the site sponsor C&D?! Mounting on beadlocks is fairly simple but C&D may hook you up, they are a good group of people.

We can mount the tires for you but the freight is higher. When we ship the rims direct from hiper we pay the freight but if I have to get them here mount the tires then ship them out you will have to pay the freight.

It isn't that hard to change tires on HiPer wheels. Anyways what are you going to do when you have to change tires? You might as well go ahead and learn how to mount them!

its too time consuming for me, I will learn when I have to get new tires. Already ordered from C&D anyway, they took care of it!

you mean all you have to do is unbolt the bead lock and "slip" tire on? Just by hand? no tire irons?

Yup no tire irons. you can get away with a lil soap and water and wrestle the center section of the wheel right into the tire. Your supposed to loosen and tighten them by hand but i have seen people use a power drill with a socket attachment on the end. If you use a drill make sure its on the slowest setting! The metal sections molded into the rims are brass and can strip out very easily! Other than that hiper beadlocks are worth the extra time it takes to lock down and take off the rings.

I usually use a cordless impact to get the bolts close to tight. then finish them with a ratchet.

So you dont your a torque wrench?????? I was about to go invest in one soon? What do you think I should do? I once changed the oil and cracked the casing on my YZ 125 tighting the oil plug too much... LOL back when I was 15.

You don't need a torque wrench, just snug them all up and look at the gap all the way around to make sure it's even.
