I checked out an ipod on display on best buy and it had pictures of people smoking weed, drinking, bong hits, etc. It could be one that just wasn't wiped. The parents shouldn't get anything, the girl should get a Walmart card or something, nobody wants to have to see THAT.

People today are just sue-happy. Frivelous lawsuits are downright ridiculous, and it just never ceases to amaze me of how money hungry people can be. Talking about how the girl will have emotional damages, I call bull****. Have her parents strolled through an elementary school, or a middle school for that matter, I guarantee she will encounter things much worse then this.

ill belive that it actually did have porn on it when they bought it. my dad took me to radioshack to buy a new sprint phone, i got to choose from colors so i got blue, the box kinda looked used, but i didnt think much of it, until i got in the car and played with it and there where ppls numbers in it, and there where pictures of a guy sleeping on a bed with 2 dogs humping eachother. we didnt even leave the parking lot yet, so we went back in and the sales guy gave me a better sanyo model for no cost.
