I just put a HRC cam in my 05 450r. it also has the HRC lid with a Sparks full exhaust. I have a 190 main, and im using the hrc needle on the 3rd clip, with the fuel screw turned 2 1/2 out. if i put choke on it will run, if i turn choke off it wont run?? so i tried raising the fuel screw to 2 3/4 turns out and does the same thing. the only thing i could think of changing is the pilot? but is there something i may be doing wrong? would the main jet need to be changed?
