Lonestar Anti-Fade Lock Nut????

I just got a anti fade lock not and it won't stay tight at all. I have heard that will come loose for the first couple times u ride but this is really bad. I can't even ride for 5 minutes without it coming loose.Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong?

Maybe there was a flaw ???????
Or the threads are different or something ????

mine was the same why, but not any more. one dsy i just tightened it really tight and the litte allen wrech strew and it hasnt come loose yet.
