decent, more comfortable than 450 seats. my yfz seat is rock hard, same with my buddy with an 04 and an 06 450r, but the 05 450r is nice and soft.

there alright mine is way harder than my friends 05 seat (very soft) but the best one ive ever sat on is a ds650 (freakin sweet)

I think the best two seats I've had were my Banshee's and my 04 Z400. My 250r doesn't have the original seat on it, its pretty hard.

BUt my KQ 700 us pretty plush.:D

well, that's only because the 250r is more ergonomically comfortable.

if you put a ds650 seat on a 250r you'll be in heaven.

My Z seat is petty nice. But, seats never really bothered me anyways.
